This blueberry smoothie can easily become your favorite dessert! The blueberry taste perfectly combines with vanilla and cinnamon. In addition, milk and chia seeds will provide you with antioxidants, healthy fats, and protein.
Blueberries
200 g (1 cup)
Milk 2.5%
125 g (½ cup)
Chia seeds
12 g (3 tsp)
Vanilla extract
3 g (½ tsp)
Cinnamon
2 g (½ tsp)
