  • Blueberries

    100 g (½ cup)

  • Almond milk

    250 g (1 cup)

  • Peanut butter

    12 g (1 tbsp)

  • Chia seeds

    4 g (1 tsp)

  • Vanilla protein powder

    30 g (1.7 tbsp)
