Khloe's pregnancy was the starting point of her weight changes. She gave birth to her child in April 2018, and that's when Khloe Kardashian started her diet. In total, she got rid of roughly 40 pounds during postpartum recovery.

Khloe Kardashian follows a special low-carb meal plan developed by Dr. Philip Goglia. She claims to eat a lot of protein and excludes carbs after 3 p.m. She sticks with greens, lean red meat, starchy veggies, and nut butter. Khloe also excludes dairy products and drinks a lot of water to avoid bloating.

Now that she has lost weight and does her best to maintain it, there are no harsh restrictions regarding nutrition. You can spot her eating pizza or drinking cocktails while attending parties. She relies on working out more than on dieting and prefers to show more effort in the gym than in the kitchen.

Workout routine

Khloe is a big fan of working out. She exercises every day for up to an hour. Her workouts are versatile and include classic strength training and cardio, pilates, yoga, and HIIT training. 

She loves 30-minute cardio sessions on a treadmill or with a jumping rope. She also does a little cardio before working out in the gym. As the celebrity says she loves muscles, she primarily devotes her time to strength training and divides it into push, pull, and leg days. She always involves ab exercises in each of her workouts.
