Please follow the next steps:

Prepare in advance the chicken by pre-boiling the breast for the salad.

Cut the chicken and lettuce leaves into thin slices and mix in a deep bowl.

Add green onion and chopped orange to this.

Peel the lychee, cut the balls into 2 parts, take out the pit and add to the salad.
